The test circuit utilized in manufacturing is shown for the OH200 OC/OCVCXO. The pinout shown in the schematic is from a bottom view. For the CMOS outputs, a 15 pf load is included to simulate the inputs of the receiver chips. For a sinewave output, the 15 pf load is replaced with a 50Ω resistor.
