As was mentioned earlier, Bourns is proud to have a range of the smallest size PTCs on the market. The PSMF series comes in an 0805 sized package and in a range of currents from 350 mA up to 1.1 A. Because of their size, these devices are amongst the fastest tripping PTCs on the market making them very useful in handheld and portable equipment. They can also be used in instrumentation, industrial, GPS and PC applications.
