The MEMS sensor die design, the component selection, and the assembly methods have been optimized to eliminate any “wetted materials” that might be affected by contact with harsh media such as liquids, oils and gases* while maintaining overall structural integrity and long-term stability. The MEMS sensor die signal is calibrated and compensated for temperature variants using an industry leading SSC (Sensor Signal Conditioning) ASIC. Bourns’ 6-Sigma TEB of 2.5% FS over the entire operating temperature range (-40°C to +150°C) is one of the best in the industry. Available with analog output.
