MLO™ technology is a polymer based organic high density interconnect technology that utilizes very thin and low-loss dielectrics to achieve excellent RF performance at high frequencies. Large area and established PCB processing and materials allow for improved cost competitiveness. The MLO is a low cost alternative to LTCC and is intended for dense, high performance applications.
