Product List
Microchip utilizes proprietary processes for low power operation which enables current consumption down to 100nA in sleep mode. Leakage current is affected by 3 factors: temperature, supply voltage and the process geometry. Decreasing process geometries results in high leakage current. The process used is controlled by the manufacturer while the temperature and supply voltage is determined by the application.
