The internal gasket and external sealed ring with adhesive heat shrink will prevent ingress from both ends of the connectors, resulting in true IP67 sealing per IEC 529 in mated and unmated conditions. With a single piece body design, straight ARC connectors perform better and longer in harsh shock and vibration conditions when compared to conventional connector designs.
