ThermoThin hook-up wire is available in sizes as small as 36 AWG to as large as 16 AWG. Due to a nickel-plated conductor construction and ECA Fluoropolymer insulation compound, which is part of the Teflon family, ThermoThin is capable of meeting a temperature range of -150°C to +300°C. Not only is ThermoThin capable of meeting extreme temperatures, but the ECA fluoropolymer insulation material allows for a thinner wall product when compared against similar PTFE hook-up wire constructions due to strong dielectric properties.
