The answer – the Raspberry Pi Zero W (W = WiFi on board) coupled with Pimoroni’s Scroll Bot hat which displays a 7 x 17 row of white LEDs. BTW, if you have never used a Raspberry Pi, there are a few things you will need to set up first before being able to proceed to play with it.
