Wolfspeed WolfPACK™ Silicon Carbide Power Modules | Datasheet Preview
The Wolfspeed WolfPACK baseplate-less silicon carbide power modules increase efficiency and power density in a compact, industry-standard footprint. The Wolfpack family now includes two new 1200-volt full-bridge modules. The CBB021M12FM3 and CBB032M12FM3 have an on-state resistance of 21 and 32 milliohms, respectively. Compared to multiple discrete devices, Wolfpack modules offer a more compact unit with highly reliable press-fit connections that use a fixed interval pin-grid. With no baseplate, the module substrate is cooled directly. Wolfpack SiC MOSFET modules come in half-bridge, six-pack, and, now, full-bridge configurations with various on-state resistance options. These power modules enable multiple configurations across power levels for electric vehicle fast charging, industrial power, induction heating and welding, industrial motor drive, power supplies, renewable energy, and grid infrastructure applications.
