Texas Instruments ISOW7840 Digital Isolators | DigiKey Daily

TI ISOW7840 series are reinforced quad-channel digital isolators that have an integrated high-efficiency DC-DC converter with an on-chip transformer. This integrated converter provides up to 650 mW of isolated power, providing space-constrained industrial automation, motor control, and medical equipment, and grid infrastructure applications a smaller solution size by eliminating the separate isolated power supply. The isolators operate from a 3 V to 5.5 V supply and the converter can provide a regulated 5 V or 3.3 V output. Isolators are available with various configurations of forward and reverse channels and support CMOS or LVCMOS digital I/Os at up to 100 Mbps, while providing robust protection and low emissions.
