Pimoroni presents their PIM 469 Picade, which is a Raspberry Pi-powered mini arcade with a 10-inch display. This build-it-yourself, desktop retro arcade machine features authentic arcade controls, a high resolution 4-by-3 display, and a 3-inch, 5-watt speaker for producing those classic 8-bit game soundtracks. This all-new Picade kit features new artwork, a new display and driver board, a USB-C Picade X Hat, improved wiring, and many more updated aspects. All that’s required to complete the assembly is a Raspberry Pi, a USB-C power supply, and a micro-SD card. The 10-inch display features a 1024-by-768 wide viewing angle display, an HDMI display driver board and keypad controls, and is powered from your Raspberry Pi using the included micro-USB cable.
