Monolithic Power Systems MPM3822C Power Module | DigiKey Daily

MPS offers their MPM3822C, which is a synchronous, step-down power module with an integrated inductor. This ultra-small and ultra-low-noise power module achieves 2 amps of continuous output current from a 2.75-volt to 6-volt input voltage range. This DC-to-DC power module offers excellent load and line regulation, works in forced continuous conduction mode, and has a voltage ripple less than 10 millivolts with one output capacitor. Additionally, the output voltage can be regulated as low as 0.6 volts, and only feedback resistors, input capacitors, and output capacitors are required to complete the design. Ideal uses include FPGA, ASIC, and DSP power applications, optical modules, LDO replacements, power for portable products, SSD and HDD storage devices, space-limited applications, and more.
