Littelfuse AQ24CANFD TVS diode arrays are designed to protect CAN Bus lines while preserving signal integrity and minimizing data loss. The AQ24CANFD protects against ±21 kV ESD strikes, 50A electrical fast transients, and can safely withstand 3A lightning surge at very low clamping voltages. The device has low leakage current and a nominal 36 V clamping voltage, which is lower than competing solutions due to the low dynamic resistance. Capacitance is also low, rated at 11.5 pF, which results in minimal impact to signal integrity. The devices are PPAP-capable and AEC-Q101 qualified, and they can be used in applications throughout the vehicle, including control units, safety circuits, and lighting applications.
