Infineon TLE5014 Magnetic Angle Sensors | DigiKey Daily

Infineon offers their TLE5014 easy-to-use magnetic angle sensors. These sensors, which come pre-configured and pre-calibrated as plug-and-play devices, are based on the giant magneto resistance principle. Users can choose between the interfaces of PWM, SPC, and SENT. Features of these sensors include a 360-degree angle measurement capacity, a high voltage—up to 26 volts—and reverse polarity capability, an EEPROM for storage of configuration and customer specific identification, a 12-bit representation of absolute angle value on the output, and an extremely small angle error of less than 1 degree across the entire temperature profile and lifetime. Single die and dual die versions are available. Ideal applications include steering angle sensors, motor commutations, rotor position measurements, pedal positions, and more.
