Efinix Titanium Ti180 M484 FPGA Development Kit | Datasheet Preview

The Efinix Titanium Ti180 M484 FPGA Development Kit offers high performance and low power consumption in a small package. The Development Kit has everything required to develop and prototype designs for the Ti180 FPGA. This kit showcases the Ti180’s hardened MIPI D-PHY, supporting up to 2.5 gigabits per second per lane, and hardened LPDDR4 and LPDDR4x controllers. This kit includes an FPGA Mezzanine Card with additional multi-purpose QSE connectors to expand the development kit's connection capabilities. The Raspberry Pi v2 camera module can be used to stream video and store data in the development board’s SDRAM. Two IMX477 Camera Connector Daughter Cards let you process video data from 12.3 megapixel IMX477 camera modules. The development board also has two high-performance SPI NOR flash chips for the ability to store additional user data such as RISC-V software.
