C&K’s ATS switch series was developed for use as an anti-tampering device in next-generation communication systems, such as smart meters, alarm systems, and point of sale terminals. These switches are offered with gold or silver contacts and deliver a cost-effective solution for applications that require reliable detection against opening or hacking of devices. And, because they are IP54-rated and resistant against corrosive agents, they make an ideal solution for anti-tampering applications in harsh environments, including temperatures up to 125°C. C&K ATS switches are top-actuated, low-profile, and compact, measuring just 6 mm x 3.8 mm x 3.2 mm, and offer significant mechanical travel and instant detection capabilities.
