AFBR-S20N1N256 - Qneo NIR Industrial USB Spectrometer | Datasheet Preview
The Broadcom AFBR-S20N1N256 Qneo is a near infrared spectrometer that enables accurate measurement between 950 nm and 1700 nm to investigate the infrared spectral range. The optical setup with the Indium gallium arsenide (InGaAs) uncooled 256 pixel sensor array offers reliable measurements with high stray light suppression. The Qneo offers a spectral resolution of 8 nanometers, focal length of 40 mm, entrance slit of 30 micrometers, and a dynamic range of 12,000 to 1. The highly sensitive Qneo has a low temperature dependency and stable long-term performance with powerful onboard electronics. Various communications interfaces allow for an ease of integration in practically any application. With a footprint smaller than a credit card, the Qneo features a rugged setup that combines a high resistance in industrial environments and high optical performance.
