Bourns Surge Protection Device (SPD) Disconnect Demonstration

Bourns is demonstrating the protection operation of the SPD, by applying 600Vdc to a 150Vac SPD and showing the response and result when the MOV is clamping and the thermal disconnect operates. This prevents the MOV from thermal runaway.
