Switches in Silicon Technology Replace PIN Diodes

Analog Devices adds two new products to its silicon switch family. ADRF5130 is a high power 44W peak 3.5GHz SPDT switch. ADRF5020 is a high isolation wideband 30GHz SPDT switch. Both offer compact size, less bias power and no external components.
