Analog Devices’ MAX2216x Series | Datasheet Preview

Analog Devices’ MAX2216x Series are a family of six-channel low-power digital galvanic isolators ideally suited for low-isolation applications. The MAX2216x Series features reinforced isolation offering a robust withstand voltage rating of 3 kVRMS for a 60 second duration. They also feature low propagation delay and low jitter and are rated with an operating temperature from -40°C to +125°C. Additionally each product with /V suffix is AEC-Q100 qualified and has the ability to transfer digital signals between circuits with various power domains. MAX2216x Series is designed with Independent 1.71 V to 5.5 V supplies on each side, enabling the devices to function effectively as level translators.
