ADI AD4130-8 32 μA, Ultra-Low Power, 24-Bit Sigma-Delta ADC | Datasheet Preview

The Analog Devices AD4130-8 is an ultra-low power, high precision measurement analog front-end for low bandwidth battery-operated applications. The fully integrated AFE includes a multiplexer for up to 16 single-ended or eight differential inputs, a programmable gain amplifier, 24-bit sigma-delta ADC, and an on-chip reference and oscillator. It also features selectable filter options, a smart sequencer, sensor biasing and excitation options, and diagnostics. Low power features, including automated duty cycling, improve lifetime in battery-operated applications, to enable operation of more than 5 years from a coin cell. An evaluation board allows users to quickly develop designs that utilize the features of the AD4130-8. User PC software allows control of the AD4130-8 over USB through a system demonstration platform board.
