H48-6A, in various thicknesses, has been successfully deployed for thermal management in an airborne missile system. This is, perhaps, one of the most demanding of applications, as it requires a high degree of reliability, use under extreme conditions of acceleration, long-term storage under climatically demanding conditions. The final selection of the gap filler to transfer the heat from the critical guidance ASICS was driven by a need for superior thermal performance coupled with extreme reliability. Furthermore, T-Global was able to support the end customer throughout the entire design process. From the initial pad selection, support with samples and the final delivery of a custom die-cut part. In this case, the entire design and purchasing process was simplified.
