The SBR technology has a significantly lower normalized reverse leakage ratio at higher temperatures than conventional Schottky devices. When compared against a Schottky with equivalent room temperature reverse leakage, the SBR has 3.5 times less reverse leakage at 125C. This reduced coefficient of leakage over temperature results in a much higher temperature stability and reliability over the lifetime of the device.
