Image of Skyworks' Switches and Attenuators Skyworks Solutions SKY12334-362LF is a GaAs FET IC 5-bit digital attenuator with a Si serial-to-parallel driver packaged in a 24-pin leadless exposed pad plastic package. It is particularly well suited for applications in which high attenuation accuracy, low insertion loss, and low intermodulation products are required.

The SKY13286-359LF is a GaAs pHEMT FET high-isolation, absorptive switch. The device is an ideal component for base station applications in which synthesizer isolation is critical. The device is provided in a 4 x 4mm, 16-pin Quad Flat No-Lead (QFN) package.

The SKY13314-374LF and SKY13317-373LF are pHEMT GaAs IC antenna switches. With the SKY13314-374LF, switching between the antenna and TX or RX ports is accomplished with two control voltages. The low loss, high isolation, high linearity, small size and low cost of this switch makes it ideal for all dual-band WLAN systems that operate at 2.4GHz to 2.5GHz and 4.9GHz to 5.9GHz. The SKY13317-373LF operates in the 0.1GHz to 6GHz frequency range. Switching between the antenna (RFC) and RF1, RF2, RF3 ports is accomplished with three control voltages. This switch is ideal for all WLAN and Bluetooth® systems operating in the 2.4GHz to 2.5GHz and 4.9GHz to 5.9GHz bands. Both devices are manufactured in a compact, 1.5 x 1.5 x 0.45mm package.

The SKY13316-12LF is a GaAs IC SPST non-reflective switch designed for low-cost, low-power commercial applications. It is ideal for use as a building block for high isolation multi-throw switches.
