ROHM Semiconductors SML-P14RWT86 and SML-P14R3WT86 are cutting-edge infrared LED emitters designed for high-performance applications requiring compact and efficient light sources. The SML-P14RWT86 operates at a wavelength of 860 nm, while the SML-P14R3WT86 operates at 940 nm, making them suitable for a variety of infrared sensing and communication applications.
