CMOS LDO Regulators

ROHM's CMOS LDO low drop-out (LDO) regulators are tailored for use in portable devices such as PDAs, mobile phones, digital cameras, and camcorders. Lower in cost and small in packaging, these CMOS LDOs provide designers with superior alternatives to PWM regulators in many point-of-load regulation applications.

Depending on the particular model series, these fixed-output devices offer a selection of output voltages ranging from 1.2 V to 3.4 V. These CMOS LDOs feature power-saving shutdown capability, and many are compatible with space-saving ceramic capacitors.
