ROHM Semiconductor BD4LD650EFV-CE2 and BD4LB650EFV-CE2 cutting-edge 4-channel SPI-input low-side switches are ideal for automotive and industrial applications. These devices integrate multiple protection features, including open load detection, short ground detection, overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown, and active clamp functions, ensuring robust performance and reliability. Both models are AEC-Q100 qualified, making them suitable for high-stress environments.

The BD4LD650EFV-CE2 operates with a supply voltage range of 3.0 V to 5.5 V, and the BD4LB650EFV-CE2 operates from 4 V to 5.5 V. These switches are ideal for applications requiring precise control and safety, such as automotive lighting, motor control, and industrial automation.
