B524MEA IoT Module

The Particle Industries B-SoM IoT module for cellular-connected products runs on the Particle IoT Platform-as-a-Service and includes a free global embedded SIM card and data plan. Optimized for mass production and scale, the B-SoM is designed to be integrated directly into a circuit board design, plugging an M.2 NGFF connector on the board to allow the module to be changed or upgraded easily. The B524 SoM supports global cellular IoT deployments around the world. It is built on LTE CAT1, a globally available and mature LTE technology designed specifically for IoT devices with 50% the power consumption of 3G. In addition to LTE CAT1, the B524 also comes equipped with Bluetooth® 5.0 and full 2G/3G fallback, making it an ideal solution for navigating increasingly disruptive 2G/3G network sunset initiatives.
