SAM9X75D1G MPU

Microchip SAM9X75D1G MPUs are high-performance, cost-optimized embedded MPUs based on the ARM926EJ-S CPU, capable of running up to 800 MHz with 1 Gb of integrated DDR3L. They support MIPI-DSI, LVDS, and RGB display interfaces with 2D graphics acceleration and Gigabit Ethernet with TSN and CAN-FD. The MPUs feature advanced security functions such as tamper detection, secure boot, secure key storage, TRNG, PUF, and high-performance crypto accelerators for AES and SHA. The SAM9X75 series is compatible with Microchip’s mainline Linux distribution and MPLAB Harmony development tools for bare-metal/RTOS support. These MPUs are ideal for industrial and medical applications with or without graphical displays up to 1024 x 768, as well as home automation and security system gateways, including access control with biometrics. Microchip provides various supply configurations and fully tested power management solutions that adhere to the SAM9X75 power sequencing specifications outlined in the product documentation.
