Titanium Ti375N1156 Development Kit

Efinix Ti375N1156 development kits are PCIe Gen 4x4 add-in cards featuring the Titanium Ti375 FPGA. The cards provide a versatile development platform to explore the many features of this high-performance, low-power FPGA device. The Ti375 features 370,000 logic elements in the innovative Quantum® compute fabric that ensures high utilization and efficiency with low power consumption and the characteristic high performance of the Titanium family. Four SPF+ connectors on the card deliver gigabit Ethernet connectivity through the Ti375's 16 lanes of 16 G SerDes. Four QSE connectors are provided for 2.5 Gbps MIPI interfaces, 1.5 Gbps MIPI interfaces, and six high voltage I/O interfaces per connector. Two FMC connectors that carry 10 Gbps SerDes and low voltage differential signals are provided for high-speed connectivity to many external and third-party cards. In addition, an RJ45 connector provides I/O for 10/100/1000 Ethernet.

The Ti375 features a quad-core, high-speed RISC-V processing block operating at 1 GHz. This custom instruction-capable block delivers unprecedented performance and acceleration for embedded compute applications. The core is Linux-capable and can be used to accelerate artificial intelligence applications using the freely available Efinix TinyML framework. A wealth of applications and reference examples are available on the Efinix GitHub and all are supported from within the intuitive Efinix Integrated Development Environment. Performance on the Ti375 is assured with 2x8 gigabit of LPDDR4 (256 Mbit x 16 x 2 channels). Additional storage is available in the form of a 1 x 64-bit EMMC NAND Flash and a microSD card slot. Configurations for the FPGA can be stored on the on-board 2x256 Mbit SPI NOR Flash.
