PI3EQX1064/PI3EQX2064 Advanced USB 3.2 Gen 2/2x2 ReDrivers™

Diodes PI3EQX1064 and PI3EQX2064 cutting-edge, low-power, high-performance linear ReDrivers are designed specifically for the USB 3.2 protocol. These devices provide programmable equalization and flat gain to optimize performance over various physical mediums by reducing intersymbol interference. The PI3EQX1064 supports USB 3.2 Gen 2, while the PI3EQX2064 extends support to USB 3.2 Gen 2x2, offering enhanced data transfer rates. Both models feature two 100 Ω differential CML data I/Os, ensuring robust signal integrity between the protocol ASIC and other components. The integrated equalization circuitry in these ReDrivers provides flexibility and maintains signal integrity before the ReDriver.

Each channel operates independently, with automatic receiver detection and adaptive power management features, including auto slumber mode.
