The ABLIC S-UM6523/4 is a low-charge-injection, 32-channel, single-pole single-throw (SPST), high-voltage analog switch IC operated only by a single 5 V for ultrasound imaging applications. The S-UM6523/4 has a ±100 V analog signal range, allowing up to ±150 V voltage overshoot.
