FEASIBILITY STUDY

As a start, we can do a well documented feasibility evaluation of your innovation project idea, which may end up in a specification according standards.

Just to give you some examples of our experience:

  • Control systems and concepts, like inductive position monitoring, temperature handling system for automotive module test, pilot and probe card storage system for semiconductor industry
  • Special machinery, like condenser plant, aircraft-, caravan- and gas turbine maneuvering, eBike power meter, and gas-sensor devices for CO/CO2/LPG/R290

DEVELOPMENT, CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION

Afterwards we progress with development support for your team or on our own mechanical and electrical CAD tools. Our services may include HMI design, APP-development, PLC programming, Connectivity ( OPC UA, BT, WLAN, NB-IoT, LPWAN, RFID) and related RF-design, Database connection to stationary or mobile graphic data systems, firmware development considering functional safety, and related PCB layout.

For sure it can include safety and risk analysis (FMEA). Documentation with UML will be provided. During the end of the project we will support you with industrial and RF approvals, like CE, RoHS, UL, IEC 60335-1, FCC, and IEC 61000.

PRODUCTION AND PRODUCTION SUPPORT

Finally we are ready to support you with your manufacturing process (testing included) or even deliver to you the final product in volume. Electrical thermal imaging may be done in the final test of the automation process or on single PCBs. In order to ease logistics, we may provide you even with a material flow simulation.
