Nexperia trench Schottky rectifiers in clip-bonded FlatPower packages meet the challenging demands of efficient and space-saving designs. They combine low reverse current, low forward voltage, and low reverse recovery charge to enable excellent efficiency at high ambient temperatures. Available in three CFP package options with high power capabilities, they offer a true alternative to SMA with better thermal performance on a smaller footprint. The AEC-Q101 qualified rectifiers are ideal for a range of automotive, industrial, consumer, and computing applications, such as LED lighting, powertrain systems in hybrid vehicles, and high-temperature applications with a junction temperature up to 175oC. The 50 V and 60 V parts in CFP15/15B extend the existing range of trench Schottky rectifiers with 25 types added to the portfolio.
