EPC EPC2152 Integrated ePower Stage Single-Chip Driver PIO | DigiKey

The EPC2152 combines a driver and an eGaN FET half-bridge power stage into a single monolithic chip. Leveraging EPC's proprietary GaN IC technology, it features independent high-side and low-side control inputs, 1 ns switching time, and false trigger immunity over 100 V/ns. The device integrates level shifting, gate drive buffers, and bootstrap charging to tackle the challenges of DC/DC converters, motor drive inverters, and audio amplifiers.
