Ceramic Capacitors

For example, TAIYO YUDEN's recently introduced 100μF ceramic capacitors are available in a 1210 case size rated at 16 V. TAIYO YUDEN high-capacitance-value MLCCs are excellent substitutes for tantalum (Ta) and aluminum electrolytic capacitors. While offering capacitance values comparable to tantalum and aluminum electrolytic capacitors, these MLCCS are smaller, have lower equivalent series resistance (ESR), superior frequency characteristics, and effective noise elimination. MLCCs also have no polarity, and are reliable and safe as well as environmentally friendly.
