These versatile EEPROMs deliver exceptional features such as high reliability, fast read/write speeds, flexible interface, and a wide operating voltage range.

Offering an endurance of 1 million write/erase cycles per byte and data retention exceeding 40 years at +85°C, the CAT24C16 ensures long-term data integrity for critical industrial operations. With a maximum read access time of 250 ns and a byte write time as low as 5 ms, the CAT24C16 facilitates efficient data retrieval and storage, minimizing system response times. The CAT24C16 utilizes a user-friendly I2C interface, simplifying integration into various microcontroller-based systems and reducing design complexity. Supporting a broad operating voltage range of 1.8 V to 5.5 V, the CAT24C16 offers excellent compatibility with a wide range of industrial power supplies.
