Infineon's 300 V Power MOSFETs offer Benchmark RDS(ON) to improve system efficiency in industrial applications
Infineon Technologies' family of 300 V devices feature a power MOSFET silicon to deliver benchmark on-state resistance RDS(ON) for a wide range of high-efficiency industrial applications. These applications include 110 VAC to 120 VAC line conditioners, 110 VAC to 120 VAC power supplies, and DC-to-AC inverters, including solar inverters and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS).
This portfolio of power MOSFETs offer ultra-low RDS(ON) to improve system efficiency. It may allow designers to reduce part count where multiple MOSFETs are used in parallel. These devices are qualified to industrial grade and moisture sensitivity level 1 (MSL1), and are lead-free and RoHS compliant.
