    • 128 MHz Arm® Cortex®-M33 main processor for high-performance application processing
    • 128 MHz RISC-V co-processor (VPR) for offloading tasks and enabling software-defined peripherals
    • This dual-core architecture provides a 2x increase in processing power compared to the previous BL654 (nRF52840) series
  • Advanced peripherals:
    • High-speed peripherals: HS-SPI/UART, software-defined peripherals on 128 MHz VPR, 64 MHz GPIO port (11 GPIOs)
    • Low-leakage peripherals: 2x QDEC, 7x timers, global RTC, 2x WDT, NFC A-Tag, temperature sensor (TEMP), I²S, comparator (COMP), 3x PWM, low-power comparator (LPCOMP), 14-bit 8-channel ADC, 5x TWI/SPI/UART, 16 MHz GPIO ports (P0, P1) with 19 GPIOs
    • Totaling 31 general-purpose input output pins

    • Bluetooth core 6.0 qualified, including LE 2M, LE coded, LE secure connections, and channel-sounding
