The Toshiba DF2B6M4BSL ultra-low capacitance TVS Diode is designed to protect high-frequency antennas of IoT devices from ESD. With a low total capacitance of 15 picofarads and low harmonic distortion characteristics, the TVS diode uses ultra-low capacitance to suppress high harmonic distortion and reduce static electricity and noise, which may adversely affect antenna reception performance. The DF2B6M4BSL provides low peak voltage when ESD is applied and superior protective performance. In addition to improving the reliability of high-frequency antennas, DF2B6M4BSL is also suitable for ESD protection in signal lines. Housed in an ultra-compact 0.62 by 0.32 millimeter package, the DF2B6M4BSL meets the needs of applications that require a small footprint. Suitable applications for the DF2B6M4BSL include mobile equipment, IoT equipment, and wearables.
