Toshiba DF2B6M4BSL TVS Diode | Datasheet Preview

The Toshiba DF2B6M4BSL ultra-low capacitance TVS Diode is designed to protect high-frequency antennas of IoT devices from ESD. With a low total capacitance of 15 picofarads and low harmonic distortion characteristics, the TVS diode uses ultra-low capacitance to suppress high harmonic distortion and reduce static electricity and noise, which may adversely affect antenna reception performance. The DF2B6M4BSL provides low peak voltage when ESD is applied and superior protective performance.
