Inside the box you’ll find a card referencing links for getting started and additional information along with the Beagle5-Fire board. https://www.digikey.com/en/products/detail/beagleboard-by-seeed-studio/102110898/21706497 The Beagle5-Fire includes P8 and P9 Cape expansion headers for connecting BeagleBone Capes. On the front side, this SBC also has USB-C and screw terminal power options, gigabit ethernet, a PCI Express M.2 connector, a CSI connector, UART debugger header, 12 programmable LEDs, 16 gigabytes flash storage, and 2 gigabytes ram. And on the back, there’s micro SD storage and a SYZYGY high speed connector. To connect your Beagle5-Fire you’ll need USB-C and ethernet cables. Once you have it connected and a green power LED light on you’ll want to open your browser to https://beaglev.local:9090/ to access Beagle’s cockpit and terminal. Enter the beagle login and password to open the cockpit. The overview window show’s your beagle5-Fire’s health, useage, device information, and configuration. At the top of the overview window select limited access and enter the password for administrative access. Next, open the terminal and install the bbb.io-gateware package. Then retrieve available updated Linux packages including the latest Beagle5-Fire gateware packages. Upgrade Beagle5-Fire gateware Linux programming files. Now you can check the gateware version programmed on your board and start exploring the RISC-V technology.
