OMNIMATE® 4.0 features a slice design and is built from single modules, which offers a wide range of possibilities for power, signal, and data transmission in one system. The MPS 5 series on the left in this slide can be used in different applications for signal transmission accepting wire sizes from 0.5 mm² up to 4 mm² or up to 14 AWG. Shown in the middle, the MPS 7S series with pitch dimension 7.5 mm is perfectly fitted to the requirements for compact power applications up to 1,000 V IEC and 600 V UL. The modules can be freely combined to create hybrid versions for the transmission of power, signal, and data within one single connector. As a result, the user can reduce the cabling effort in the applications, simplify maintenance, and accelerate automation processes.
