There are significant price differences when comparing the TBA Family to previous generations of 1 and 2 watt SIP-4 and SIP-7 product families from TRACO Power.  The TBA Series averages a 40% price reduction for small quantity MSRP with improved product characteristics and performance. The standard input to output isolation has also increased from 1,000 V_DC to 1,500 V_DC and adds continuous short circuit protection.
