Welcome to the Texas Instruments MSP430 for Utility Metering Solutions product training module. This presentation will provide an introduction to the smart grid and smart meters that are becoming popular in the industry. Additionally, the module will review the MSP430 specifics for electricity, water and gas metering. There will be a discussion of some of the tools available for electricity metering, and finally additional resources will be shown.
