The tables here summarizes the differences between PMDS and PMDTM for more Fast Recovery Diodes, TVS and Zener diodes. For Fast Recovery Diodes in PMDTM package, the only difference is the passivation for three parts. The remaining characteristics in the table have no differences. Alternatively for TVS diodes, there could be differences in Reverse Standoff Voltage, Peak Pulse Clamping Current (Ipp), Clamping Voltage (VCL), and Reverse Leakage Current. Please review datasheets to ensure the Wide Frame PMDTM parts still meet the customer’s application needs. Lastly, for Zener diodes, the PMDTM parts have no differences to the PMDS parts.
