In the above table here summarizes the differences between PMDS and PMDTM for more Schottky Barrier Diodes and Rectifiers. For these Schottky Diodes, part markings and Non-Repetitive Forward Current Surge Peak will be completely different compared to PMDS. In addition, there are differences in either Chip Size, Forward Voltage, or Reverse Leakage Current. There are no differences to the remaining characteristics in the table. Please review datasheets to ensure the Wide Frame PMDTM parts still meet the customer’s application needs. In the lower table, Rohm’s Rectifiers Diodes in PMDTM have no differences to the PMDS parts.
