Shown here are the differences between the conventional Hoop Frame PMDS and the Wide Frame method PMDTM for Schottky Barrier Diodes. Diodes could have differences in either Part Marking, Chip Size, Non-Repetitive Forward Current Surge Peak (IFSM), Maximum Operating Temperature (Tj), Storage temperature (Tstg), Forward Voltage (VF), or Reverse Leakage Current (IR). Please review datasheets to ensure Wide Frame PMDTM parts still meet the customer’s application needs. For all of these parts, there are no differences to the remaining characteristics in the table.
