The LT3045 is offered in a thermally enhanced 10-lead 3mm x 3mm DFN and 12-lead MSOP packages in both E and I grades, specified from -40°C to +125°C. The DFN package is pin compatible with the 200mA LT3042, providing an upward migration path.
