As shown on this slide, six IGBTs, six anti-parallel diodes, six gate resistors and gate diodes, three bootstrap diodes and one resistor, plus a 3-phase IC driver with NTC for temperature sensing and a bus shunt for current sensing can be found in each of the International Rectifier IRAM modules.
