The chart shown on this slide is a portion of one of the IRAM datasheets. It can be seen that the IRAM is specified with maximum RMS current capability, in this case the table shows the maximum RMS current is 10 A at 25°C case temperature and 5 A at 100°C case temperature. This rating varies with the switching frequency which is also specified.
